Sportmen 's Weekend

Larry Larrington (assisted by Mike Brown) will again be organizing a weekend of target practice for Bow-Hunters, Black Powder, Shotgun, and Rifle Shooters. There will be seminars on proper knife sharpening, as well as archery and gun safety.
This is a great time for Fathers and Sons (and Grandfathers!) to share their knowledge and stories of the great outdoors. Get to know a great bunch of guys, renew old friendships, and take your next step of faith in your relationship with God!
Tim DeVries will be our Guest Speaker, sharing God's word and helping us apply its truth to our daily lives as men of God. He has a love for the ministry offered by our camp, having been the Birmingham FMC pastor and caretaker for our campgrounds. He, his wife Janelle, and their daughter Carmen live in Wisconsin where Tim pastors a Nazarene church in Monroe and manages his landscaping business in Winnebago, IL.
(There will be a free-will offering taken during the Sunday morning Worship service to help with the expenses of maintaining our camp facilities and ministry.)
