Important Family Camp Information
§ Anyone under 20 years of age must have a sponsor at camp and a signed parental permission slip on file in the camp office. The sponsor is responsible for the youth at all times.
§ Everyone 4 years old or older attending Family Camp is required to pay program fees.
§ Our camper’s insurance is for injuries only and begins where yours terminates. In the event you have no personal or organizational policy, our policy will provide you with coverage within its limits subject to policy provisions.
§ The use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and other controlled substances are prohibited.
Tobacco use is prohibited in all Heartland Camp buildings, or where it presents a fire hazard.
§ If you must cancel your registration, please notify the camp immediately.
§ Rules for acceptance and participation in camping events are equal for all, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
§ Pets are not allowed in any camp buildings. Pets in the RV and tent areas must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and quiet at all times.
